RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


If a return or exchange is requested please email or call for a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in new and unused condition, and returned to the Tailwinds office within 30-days of delivery. Please ship all items back insured, and ship to the Tailwinds address listed below. All materials need to be returned with the merchandise including all manuals. If all materials are not enclosed a 20% restocking fee will apply. For our early bird Christmas shoppers, shop with ease. The return policy for Christmas merchandise is extended to two weeks after Christmas. Shipping costs are not refundable.
