GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates must be redeemed online at www.tailwinds.com or by phone at 800-Tailwinds (800-824-5946). Orders exceeding the amount of the Gift Certificate must be paid with a credit card, and any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s Gift Certificate account. Unused balances cannot be transferred and must be used toward a Tailwinds.com purchase. Tailwinds does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

The Tailwinds.com Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by Tailwinds, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the site. Tailwinds may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall include, without limitation, ownership provision, warranty disclaimer, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
GOVERNING LAW:
