This C-141B Starlifter airplane is a replica scale model of the original aircraft produced by Lockheed. The Starlifter aircraft is a strategic airlifter that was produced from 1963-1968. It was part of MATS or Military Air Transport Service that was replaced by the C-17 Globemaster III airplane. A total of 285 Starlifter aircraft were produced.
